The bottom line is that I hired Paul Dion, CPA as a tax professional to apply scrutiny and a critical eye to my return in order to maximize my tax deductions and tax liability. I clearly did not get that. In fact, I got quite the opposite. The mistakes he made on my return should have been caught in his own internal review process and should have been rectified before the return was ever sent to me. I feel I could have done a better job myself using TurboTax.
