My daughter and I stopped in to this KayJeweler yesterday because we were running errands at Blackstone Shoppes and I noticed that my daughter's newly acquired diamond ring (from an out of town jeweler) was way to loose. I was worried about her losing it. Debbie at Kay's was so kind and helpful at having a temporary plastic guard put on it until we can get to the point of purchase to have it resized. Even though the ring was not purchased at a Kay Jewelers, and we wanted the other jeweler to size it (due to in-house warranty), Debbie treated us like first rate customers! Frankly I don't buy a lot of jewelry but if and when I do, I will go and see this special lady simply because of the excellent experience we had. Integrity in a jeweler/salesperson is everything. Shop here, ask for Debbie, I'd bet the farm you won't be disappointed!
Came here after a bad experience at the auburn mall location and worked with Jean. She was amazing. She listened to everything we were telling her as far as what I wanted for our wedding rings. She spent a good hour and a half with us looking at so many different options. We finally found what we wanted and made our purchase. We left very happy and can't wait for the rings to come in! Jean had great customer service and was willing to work with us. You could tell she cared about what you wanted, not about making a sale.
