Rob came to fix my hot water heater . After fixing my hot water heater , I mentioned that I've had a sink clogged for years that another plumber could not fix . He was able to unclog my sink within 30 mins.. He did say it was solid , but he never gave up . He also fixed the toilet flapper , which was super quick .. This was all done for a very reasonable cost and less than two hours .. Great customer service all around from the phone call to Heather down to the plumber , Rob . This type of great customer service and quality work is unheard of these days . I am a very happy customer and will recommend Bourne Plumbing to all of my family and friends .
Bourne Plumbing is by far the best experience I have ever had with any plumber. Starting with their easy to use online booking tool, I was able to get an appointment on my schedule and it was easy! Rob arrived to do the job and was professional, pleasant and clearly knew exactly what he had to do to solve the leaking dishwasher problem. He wasted no time diagnosing the problem and was in and out very quickly. In conversation it is evident he is a master at his trade, he was well versed on everything from very simple plumbing issues on up to complicated plumbing problems in an older home. I would not hesitate to use Bourne Plumbing again and again and would refer him to my most discerning friends and family.
Excellent work, they have changed 3 of my water heaters and I have been more than happy with the profesional work and cleaniness that has been done. Very thorough work and went to all apartments to make sure pressure and everything else was working before leaving. Highly recommended.....
Robert came to my house to fix a variety of plumbing issues including backedup toilets, leaky faucets, poor drainage in my jacuzzi, pasta pouring faucet, and hot water flow in my house. Robert is an amazing plumber who fixed everything in one day. I have had numerous plumbers come to my house before but not as good as Robert. You don't realize how wonderful it is to have such a skilled, professional, hard-working, and patient plumber in your back pocket until you have a plumbing emergency at our home.
