Great mall. Good variety of stores and restaurants. Plenty of parking. Also large movie theatre.
Your experience here will vary depending on the time of the year. There is a single road serving as an entrance and exit. Despite having police officers directing traffic, this configuration still leaves big delays exiting the mall. Cars will sometimes be backed up for long stretches. More roads in and out of the mall would help but this is unlikely to come - given it's unique location.
This was a stop for dinner. We were there 2 days before for shopping. Only one way in and out. Weekends are slow traffic on the access. They have officers directing traffic. I prefer to shop there during the day on weekdays, when i can get in and out of the Plaza quickly and easily.
This place is great for shopping. They have all the best stores here and some amazing restaurants. You can also get there by car or public transportation if you live in Worcester or even some of the surrounding towns. I would definitely recommend going shopping here!!!
Decent amount of options to choose from here. The problem is whoever designed it just wasn't thinking logically. There is one way to get in and leave this place. There has to always be cops here on the weekend to direct traffic because of the poor design. If you have to go here do it on off hours or go somewhere else. You'll get what you need but not without the headache of traffic.
