Gina and Gina were phenomenal!!! Gina in shoes took a lot of time helping me find the perfect shoe for my wife. Gina B, was so professional and shows great care and concern for her customers. They really made this trip enjoyable. Thank you ladies!!!!!
Waitied at customer service for ten minutes to get weight equipment. She then said an associate wouldn't be available for ten minutes. Instead of wasting twenty minutes waiting around I ordered off amazon. Way to go Dick's.
The employees are young and just have no respect. The store also was a mess.
Was told by a manager if I didn't like their service go shop somewhere else. Called multiple times to get a hold of a distric no one ever calls back. After asking for a supervisor you get put on a 15 min hold that then turns into sorry we have a lot of customers demanding supervisors (hmmm I wonder why...?). That then turns into someone will call you back this week or maybe next week. There is a reason they don't have an option to write reviews on their website.
