Went to store didn't have my size they ordered them for me and were going to ship them to me free. Sales associate entered wrong email address never heard from the shoe store despite them having my phone number. Had to go back in manager told me I would receive a discount. Second visit still didn't have shoes in stock so they could send them to me again. Forced to purchase other pair of shoes.
