Banfield does a great job selling you their wellness plan, however, you can't get an appointment to utelize the benefits of the plan. This place hasn't been the same since Dr. Van Buskirk left.
We have our dog seen there as well as our exotic pet. It's hard to find vets for exotic pets. They are closed on Sundays now which is sad.
I've never had a problem here but I do wish there was more consistency in the doctors who see my cats. It used to be Dr. Augusto all the time but I haven't seen him in forever; not sure if he's gone? Now it seems it's someone different every time we go in. It would also be nice if they opened earlier than 9am.
They used to be fine. This office has gone downhill in the last year or so. Understaffed, less services and we can never get our pet seen. Just called now regarding a possible UTI and the earliest they can see our dog is Monday. I’m sorry but that is unacceptable. It is Thursday and she keeps peeing all day and night, having accidents, and sometimes with traces of blood. Goodbye Millbury, we will take our dog and business to Northboro. Not making her wait that many days to see someone. We now have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow morning. That is the service I would expect. The Millbury office needs to get their act together.
If you love your pet,just stay away from this hospital. Rude people...bad service,and they not always have "a room" for your loved pet,even if you are paying the monthly insurance!!
