I think this is the best burger place in Massachusetts. Love their food selection. However, to be absolutely fair, the 5 rating would not come based on only the burger, on my most recent visits I noticed that the taste overall was not as rich, maybe not as much sauces in the sandwich as they used to... however with their bottomless fries offering, the deal is pretty well rounded, you'd never leave hungry. I also appreciate the taste of their ranch dressing, not too many places make that good, they do.
Had an excellent lunch, our server David was extremely attentive and had a refill of my drink ready before I even had to ask. He checked back anytime our fries or drinks looked low. Extremely polite and explained our meal choices fully to ensure we got them how we liked them.
Wonderful place to go with friends,famiky,and a date. Great waiters/waitresses. Great hostesses. There are some hostesses that are rude and some waiters and waitresses who are to slow and rude. Other than all that a great place.
During the holidays I understand that restaurants become very busy because I use to work in a few. I went at a time where there was hardly a wait and so we got sat. I love my burgers and fries so I was really excited. We were waiting for a bit and looking around and didn't get service for some time. I guess our waitress was behind and couldn't handle a table so she handed us over to another waitress which was okay with us and was friendly. Fine. Service was nice but food was mediocre at best. The best tasting thing I ordered was the silver patron margarita. Burger was super small and over advertised on the menu and the fries were under seasoned. I've been here plenty of times and it really is a hit or miss. Left our waitress a nice tip because of great service and being attentive. Come here at your own discretion.
