Not sure what's going on with the Blackstone/Millbury location but service has been going down hill for over a year now. They NEVER seem to have Clam Chowder on Friday (mind you it's the ONLY day they serve it - despite their tag line "It's always Friday at Fridays!"). My worst experience was 9/30/17 when I placed an order online. The order was wrong - I asked for no pickles/onions and they put it on anyway! I asked for mashed potatoes and they gave me french fries. My daughter asked for fries without seasoning - they gave us seasoned fries for all 3 meals. My son and I had Jack Daniels Burgers - which were burnt to a charcoal hockey puck! He ordered his "Medium" and I ordered mine "Medium Well" - however, both were burnt beyond edible!!!! We've ordered Jack Daniels Burgers in the resturaunt this way and never had an issue with it being burnt like this. The cook should be fired for having sent a to-go order out like this. This place has been over priced and over crowded for far too long. From now on I will visit other locations. I'm fed up with the lack of attention to details at this location. Sad to see service continuing to decline over the years - it used to be good. Staff turnover seems pretty high here too. I've been a long time loyal regular customer ... until now.
Rude service, terrible organization, they brought the wrong food to our table. Our waitress dissapeared for 45 minutes & when she did finally remember us she brought us cold food. Manager handled our situation poorly, first she went to the wrong table asking if there was and issue, then told us it was her first day which is totally unprofessional, then offering to reheat our food instead of make a new order after we had been there for an hour. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.
Bar service is terrible. They never have clean glasses available. They dip, rinse and serve you in a we glass. Friday night, long lines, empty tables and not enough help. Place has trash on the floors. If that out front. Picture the kitchen.
Never coming back to this place. First they sit my family with two small children on the bar side with a party of about 20 drunk guys who are screaming profanity and nasty things, i asked to be moved to the other side, so we ended up waiting over a half an hour just for our DRINKS never mind our food! ( im gonna assume it was punishment for having to be moved) Then we finally get our drinks after 45 min of waiting and they are WRONG! So disappointed. Everytime i come here there is some type of of issue. I figured id give one more chance since my daughter requested we go there but thats the last time i listen to a 5yr old!
I never go here because the food is awful and so is the service. Decided to give another chance today because I had a gift card. Hostesses looked beyond confused and the one who sat us was extremely rude when I asked not to sit in the bar area. We then waited 20 minutes and no server ever came over so we left and went to Applebees.
