Ordering take out from here usually takes forever, however, my most recent experience is a new record. On Thursday we ordered take out (just a dessert). After arriving and paying, we waited... and waited... only to find out that they never started making it. We had even asked twice if our dessert would be ready soon, and they assured us it was coming. When they realized their mistake, they said they would start our food right away, but after already waiting 30+ minutes, we asked for a refund, and left. I like Uno's but this location is terrible.
Unfortunate that they no longer to deliver to Worcester. The office I work at is less than 10 minutes away. The food is what is to be expected from a chain restaurant, no complaints there. But what ever happened to mile radius deliveries. The restaurant is located on the Auburn, Worcester, Millbury lines. Where I asked for a delivery is a little under 2 miles away.
I have been sitting here for over an hour. Took 10 minutes to receive half of our drinks. 30 minutes for appetizers. Wait staff is over booked. Kitchen crew is talking on cellphones. So much for a good, easy anniversary dinner. Thankfully my two year old is behaving for once.
Takeout seems very disorganized. No clear pickup desk or process. They left out a French onion soup that we ordered. I called, but the best they could offer was a soup if I wanted to drive back up to the mall. Nah. They promised the manager would call me. That didn't happen. Food was fine.
Sevice was mediocre, food sucked for 80+$ should have gotten free dessert.. First and very last time going... Dissatisfied to say the least
