If I could give a zero star rating of this store I would. I went in to upgrade two of my lines and was given two tablets free as a promotion with my two new phones. Come to find out the sales person was lying and actually added them on as two new lines to my contract, to which I received a bill for new lines fees and had to pay 20 dollars extra a month for the new lines on my bill! I was able to get this taken care of by corporate, but only after proving I was lied to by the store sales person. I will never go there again and I highly recommend anyone who does, makes sure they're not being lied to and scammed!!!!
Eric was very helpful. He was very patient and understanding with my wife who is disabled and myself. He got us up and running before we left the store.
I dread going to this place sometimes. especially when it's busy, but i think today will the last time I go there. I was at this particular store for 10 min and usually at this point a nice gentleman will ask me for my name and puts me in the busy line. Not this time. A guy with a beard comes out of the back room asked me if i was all set. while he was walking by me i said "no im looking for..." he just kept walking. Totally snubs me and starts helping another customer who had just walked in! I felt embarrassed and insulted at this point and had to walk out. I will admit I've had helpful service in the past a long time ago, but my last couple visits were just terrible. After my experience today i wish i could have given that store no stars.

These people are liars. I recently purchased a phone and was told that I would be getting a free tablet. When I got my bill it was significantly higher than normal and that's when I found out the tablet was not free at all. I was charged an activation fee, insurance was added to the tablet, and a line was added to my account. None of this was ever explained or mentioned to me. When I contacted AT&T I was told that I would have to pay an early termination fee for the line or i'd have to keep the line. Even after I explained I never ordered the service, i'm still on the hook for the termination fee. Lying to customers and then making them pay for early termination of a service you did not order is awful customer service.
