I made a return, and with an immense amount of patience both from myself and the customer service employees, we were able to come to a resolution that fit all parties. This Best Buy has won me over, and I will happily shop here again. Thank you for being so helpful and understanding.

My family has made quite a few large purchases at this Best Buy location--computers, tablets, a washer and dryer, and refrigerator. We will no longer be customers because of the customer service we received after buying our refrigerator. The in-store sales clerk was helpful, and we were in and out in a matter of minutes as we knew exactly which refrigerator we wanted. He asked us at least twice which side we wanted our handle on, and we told him both times we wanted it on the right, as it's extremely difficult to open a fridge with a handle on the left due to the required position of the fridge in our home. He wrote, or seemed to have written, these instructions on the work order. When the delivery arrived, the handle was on the left. Nowhere on the work order did the instructions to put the handle on the right appear. The delivery people refused to fix the handle as it wasn't on the work order. When we called this Best Buy location to have the handle fixed, we were told it was very simple, and we could do it ourselves. First of all, that may be true if you have the right tools, but we did not. Second, that's just shoddy customer service--"fix it yourselves." We tried, but we were not able to fix it. We were never able to resolve the issue with this Best Buy location, so we escalated our complaint to Best Buy's corporate customer service, who promptly sent out workers who fixed the handle in about 20 minutes. Given that we have been good customers up until now, I should think Millbury Best Buy would have an interest in retaining us, but apparently not. We don't have anything against Best Buy as a chain, but avoid this particular location.

I was asked if I needed help and I did, so i asked if they had any 2-in-1/ convertible laptops on sale or under $250. The guy I was talking to proceeded to look at me like I was stupid and went on telling me a thousand reasons why they didn't have them that cheap and why i shouldnt bother buying one that cheap. This is why I refuse to shop there because every time I ask a question they get rude and snappy towards me.

Even during remodeling, staff still makes a great effort to help customers find what they want.
